I don't generally talk a lot about Kate's juvenile diabetes, because, as I said above, we don't let it stop us! We go off grid camping, she rides horses, swims, bikes, dances...does everything an 11 year old would, only with insulin, test kit and glucose snacks on hand. Sometimes it gets scary, but we've been very lucky so far. Maybe someday I'll write a book about it. :) Thanks again, Tina. You are the absolute best. Thanks for your support! :) :)Overdunnehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11182123910081050259noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4540058936888043121.post-48053822996476494332013-06-04T16:55:57.030-04:002013-06-04T16:55:57.030-04:00Thank you so much Sarah! Kate is the only T1 in her school, and we know very few others, so it's always nice to connect with those who've 'been there'! She's going to Diabetes Camp this year and is sooooooooo excited to meet some kids her age with the same problems. Thank you again, and good luck! :) BrendaOverdunnehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11182123910081050259noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4540058936888043121.post-20680949055245720452013-06-04T16:21:37.292-04:002013-06-04T16:21:37.292-04:00Big hugs to you and Kate! Will happily contribute. :D

Best wishes!
TinaTina Mosshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09892617933410379929noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4540058936888043121.post-50394563318383818822013-06-04T13:45:15.980-04:002013-06-04T13:45:15.980-04:00Brenda, I'm sorry to hear your daughter has th...Brenda, I'm sorry to hear your daughter has this but glad that you are able to manage it so well.
